FAQ — Urban Proof Dry Hire Mobile Bartending Knoxville TN

Question 1

Do you provide the alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Urban Proof is a dry hire mobile bartending service — we do not provide or purchase alcohol. You supply the beverages and we handle everything else: setup, professional bartending service, and full breakdown. During the planning process, we'll provide a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and drink preferences so you know exactly what to buy. Ask us about alcohol delivery options available in your area!

Question 2

What is your service area?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Knoxville, TN and serve the greater East Tennessee area, including surrounding counties. We're happy to travel for the right event — just reach out and let us know your venue location and we'll confirm availability.

Question 3

Do you need permits or licenses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Urban Proof holds the appropriate licenses and permits required to serve alcohol at events in Tennessee. Depending on your venue and event type, additional permits may be required — we'll advise you on any steps needed on your end during the booking process.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit. We always do our best to work with clients on rescheduling when possible. Full details are outlined in your service agreement.

Question 5

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We can craft mocktail menus, alcohol-free options, and specialty drinks to accommodate guests who don't drink or have specific dietary needs. Just let us know during the planning stage and we'll make sure everyone at your event is taken care of.

Question 6

What if the event runs longer than booked?

Accepted Answer

We want your event to go smoothly. If you anticipate needing extra time, we recommend booking a buffer when possible. If the event runs over on the day, we'll do our best to accommodate — additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate, subject to staff availability.

Question 7

Do you handle setup and breakdown?

Accepted Answer

Yes — setup and breakdown are included with every booking. We arrive early to get everything in place before your guests arrive and handle full teardown at the end of the event. You don't have to lift a finger.
